\u002F>\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>图1：有导电联系且水膜形成电解质通路时，邻近锌优先消耗，为局部裸露钢材提供保护。结构示意，镀层厚度不按实际比例。\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Ch2>为什么有的切口干净，有的仍出现红锈？\u003C\u002Fh2>\n\u003Cp>关键之一是裸露钢材离可发挥作用的锌层有多远。板材变厚时，断面中部离上下表面的锌层更远；较大的缺口也会扩大需要保护的裸露区域。切边毛刺伸出表面，同样可能形成较早出现锈迹的位置。\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>保护距离还受水膜及环境影响，不能把某份资料中的一个距离数字，直接当作所有门板切口的验收上限。邻近锌层的厚度、保留状态和消耗程度也重要：表面仍呈银灰色，并不能代替镀层资料或检测。\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>英国镀锌行业协会专门提醒，预镀锌板的切边虽然能受益于这种电化学作用，但其镀层较薄时，未必能对整个裸露边缘提供充分保护。因此，“具有切边保护能力”和“保证边缘始终没有可见锈迹”是两种不同的要求。\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>\u003Cimg \u002F>\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>图2：板厚会改变裸露断面的宽度，但切边表现还受镀层和环境共同影响。锈迹为概念示意，不代表试验结果或固定厚度分界。\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Ch2>用于门类部件时，怎样把要求写清楚？\u003C\u002Fh2>\n\u003Cp>对于使用镀锌板的门板或门框，建议把板材牌号、钢板厚度、镀层类型与镀层量，以及裁切、冲孔后的边缘处理方式写在同一份技术资料里。若外观不允许出现锈斑，或使用位置长期受潮、接触盐分，还应让供货方明确对应的防护方案和维护条件，不能只用“镀锌”作为回答。\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>已经喷涂的镀锌板还要区分面漆与金属镀层。划痕只伤到面漆，和划穿锌层露出钢材，涉及的层次不同。预涂镀锌板资料指出，金属镀层在切口附近逐渐消耗时，可能影响相邻漆膜附着；修补应匹配原有体系，而不能只追求颜色盖住。\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>现场发现切边变色，可先记录位置、范围、是否扩大及周围涂层状态，交由供货或维护人员判断。不要凭一张照片认定整扇门失效，也不要用“锌能保护钢”否定已经出现的腐蚀。涉及门体结构、五金固定或防火门构造的处理，不能自行切磨或改动。\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>\u003Cstrong>结论是：切口没有完整覆盖，不代表附近锌层毫无作用；附近有锌，也不代表切口可以不受条件限制地使用。\u003C\u002Fstrong>选材与验收要核对具体镀层、加工边缘和使用环境，材料机理不能替代整门性能及项目要求。\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>资料来源（核对日期：2026年10月15日）：国际锌协会GalvInfo
